Wabtec Corporation is seeking an HRIT Architect to define and govern the enterprise HR technology architecture with a primary focus on Workday. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT leadership to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR technology experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration in a post-production environment.
• Experience configuring Workday processes, security, reporting, and data structures.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday environments with governance.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and workforce integrations within Workday.
• Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, Finance, and IT.
• Experience with unionized manufacturing and multi-entity pay/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise architecture for Workday and related HR technology solutions.
• Establish architectural standards ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, and supportable solutions.
• Provide oversight for Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits configurations, security, processes, reporting, and org structures.
• Review and approve designs and changes to align with standards and platform sustainability.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Security and Integration teams for end-to-end solutions.
• Lead ongoing optimization, support, and enhancement of the Workday platform.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and workforce integrations affecting HR systems.
• Advise leaders and communicate trade-offs, governance, and best practices.
