You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system configurations and guide decision‑making throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will mentor incoming Workday analysts, help upskill HRIS resources, and contribute to

• Hands‑on Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and recommendations
• Experience supporting Workday implementations through design, testing, and launch

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hands‑on Workday HCM configuration resource across payroll, absence, timekeeping, recruiting, HCM, performance, and more
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations
• Configure Workday modules to meet business, compliance, and reporting needs
• Support design sessions with options, dependencies, and tradeoffs
• Lead testing activities and ensure readiness for launch
• Document decisions and facilitate knowledge transfer for ongoing support
• Mentor incoming Workday analysts to build internal capability
