Job summary

We. Communications in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday to join the Global HR Systems team.

You will configure, optimize, and support the Workday platform, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle. As the Workday SME, you will lead module configuration, test bi-annual releases, manage integrations, develop reports and dashboards, and translate business requirements into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with strong Workday expertise.
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance Management).
• Manage security roles, business process frameworks, and integrations.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and testing.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and HR data governance across systems.
• Design and deliver Workday reports and dashboards for HR, leadership, and business decisions.
