Job summary

Wealthspire seeks an HRIS & Reporting Specialist to own and optimize the Workday platform across HR operations. You will lead configuration, security, and data governance while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Corporate IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable Workday solutions for workforce planning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience with Workday security configuration, business process framework (BPF) management, reporting architecture, and overall system administration.
• Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including regression testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Advanced Workday reporting expertise, including calculated fields, dashboards, and report development.
• Experience performing mass data uploads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and troubleshooting Workday system issues.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, HR processes, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-country employee populations (U.S., U.K., and Canada) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Functional Architecture & Configuration.
• Lead release governance including regression testing, unit testing, UAT, and pre-launch validation.
• Create and execute detailed test scripts across development and production environments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and system optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with scalability and operational excellence.
