Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as the Workday subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design scalable solutions that improve data integrity, compliance, and the employee experience.

You will lead HRIS projects from requirements to post-implementation support, manage releases and integrations, and develop dashboards to provide actionable workforce insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, CS, or related field.
5+ years progressive HRIS experience with strong Workday background.
Experience leading HRIS projects, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting a global workforce and multi-country HR operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior Workday functional expert and escalation point across modules.
Lead day-to-day HRIS operations ensuring reliability, data integrity and compliance.
Design scalable HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead Workday releases, new functionality, enhancements, and module implementations.
Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for strategic decisions.
Establish HRIS governance and audit practices with strong controls.
