HIGH BRIDGE & CO. is seeking a proactive HRIS Coordinator to support the Human Capital team. The role focuses on managing Workday data, providing Tier 1 HRIS support, and participating in Workday enhancements.

Candidate should have hands-on Workday experience, strong data accuracy, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities to grow in HR technology and systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, HRIS, People Operations, or related role.
• Working knowledge of Workday is required.
• Experience with ticketing or case management systems; ServiceNow is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage incoming HR support requests through the ticketing system; resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Provide Tier 1 support to employees and HR teams for Workday and HR questions.
• Assist with Workday enhancement projects: gather requirements, document processes, and perform testing.
• Support HRIS team projects, including planning, change management, and audits.
• Update user guides, process docs, and training materials.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure policy and audit compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to drive operational excellence.
