Job summary

HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC in New York, NY is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to support the Human Capital team and maintain Workday HR systems. You will keep employee data accurate, secure, and up to date across onboarding, payroll, benefits, mobility, and HR operations.

You will collaborate with HR teams, provide Tier 1 Workday support, assist with enhancements, and help with data integrity, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in HR, HRIS, People Operations, or related admin role.
• Working knowledge of Workday required.
• Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage HR support requests via the ticketing system; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide Tier 1 Workday and HR support for questions and issues.
• Assist with Workday enhancement projects: requirements, documentation and testing.
• Support HRIS team with project planning, change management and audits.
• Update user guides, process docs and training materials.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional HR teams to support operational excellence.

HRIS Coordinator

Join a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm as an HRIS Coordinator supporting the Human Capital team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with hands‑on experience in Workday who is looking to build a career in HR technology, people operations, and systems support.

In this role, you'll help maintain and improve the company's HR systems, ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, and up to date. You'll work closely with teams across onboarding, payroll, benefits, mobility, and HR business partners, giving you broad exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the operational side of Human Resources.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage incoming HR support requests through the ticketing system, resolving routine inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide Tier 1 support to employees and HR teams for Workday and HR-related questions.
• Assist with Workday enhancement projects, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and performing testing.
• Support the HRIS team's project planning, change management, presentations, and audit activities.
• Update user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Help monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional HR teams to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, HRIS, People Operations, or a related administrative role.
• Working knowledge of Workday is required.
• Experience with ticketing or case management systems; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
