Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a People Shared Services Associate to manage HR data, contracts, benefits and employee records in Workday. You will ensure data quality, process improvements, and accurate document handling across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR data management or shared services.
• Experience with HR processes and ERP systems.
• Proficient in ERP systems, databases, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
• Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.
• Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system.
• Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.
• Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure.
• Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system by to ensuring high degree of data quality.
• Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management.
• Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system.
• Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
• Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.
• Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed.
• Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.
