Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Architect (Workday) to configure, support, and enhance the Workday platform, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role involves configuring core HCM, security, integrations, data, and reporting, while driving projects and ensuring production stability in a SOX-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HRIS experience with hands‑on Workday configuration.
• Workday security and integration experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and related areas.
• Design and maintain business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, approvals, and organizational structures.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with IT and vendors on inbound/outbound Workday integrations.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Support SOX controls and audits.
