Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Architect (Workday) to lead configuration, security, integrations, and reporting for the Workday platform. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring core HR and related areas, developing test scenarios, and supporting production deployment and releases. A hands-on professional with Workday Studio and EIBs is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HRIS with hands-on Workday configuration.
• Workday security and integration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IS, business, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and related areas.
• Design business processes, security, and org structures.
• Develop and test integrations and data loads (EIBs).
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
