Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Extensive experience in HRIS/security/admin roles.
• Multiple years with Workday including security functionality.
• Proven experience configuring Workday security across processes
• Advanced ability to create custom reports/dashboards in Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead security configuration and access governance for Workday HRIS.
• Design and maintain security roles, groups, and permissions.
• Manage authentication methods including SSO and MFA.
• Support internal/external audits and document controls.
• Collaborate with HR/IT to translate security needs into solutions.
• Create and maintain security documentation and reports.
