Job summary

Artech L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Sr. HRIS Manager - Workday HCM to lead configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of our Workday platform.

This role acts as the Workday SME, ensuring system integrity, driving improvements, and partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have robust security administration and report-writing capabilities to manage permissions, data governance, and insightful analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a database/ information system management or similar role; Strong Workday experience.
• Experience managing HRIS systems and audit processes with complex reporting
• Experience with business intelligence tools including reporting and dashboards
• PM experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to gather requirements, design, configure and test Business Processes end to end
• Expert understanding of Workday and other hosted 3rd party apps; strong BP design and configuration
• Strong digital savvy to influence others on new technologies and processes

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS projects from selection to rollout, including planning, testing, training and communications.
• Configure and optimize Workday HCM to ensure data integrity and process excellence.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and business stakeholders to address needs.
• Establish data governance and security administration, enabling meaningful reporting.
• Mentor team members and guide resources to complete tasks.
• Stay current with Workday developments and assess impacts.
