Aston Carter is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and administer Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, IT, and Analytics to implement improvements and deliver accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday HCM experience, strong data-quality practices, and excellent communication to guide end users and document configurations.

Formación

• Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in a functional or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM configuration and maintenance of business processes.
• Experience with Workday HCM reporting, including creating and troubleshooting reports.
• Experience performing system testing and validation for Workday HCM changes and releases.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and data-quality practices within an HCM environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day administration and configuration of Workday HCM.
• Troubleshoot Workday HCM issues including processes, data, reporting, and security.
• Assist with system releases and configuration updates, testing, and documentation of changes.
• Monitor HR data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support Workday HCM reporting needs, including data reconciliation and validation.
