Aston Carter invites applications for an HRIS Analyst to support and administer Workday HCM in a hands‑on role. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the system while partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to drive process improvements.

You will handle reporting, data integrity, and system integrations, ensuring timely, accurate data flows. Effective collaboration and documentation are essential in this in‑office Chesterfield, MO role.

Formación

• Hands‑on experience supporting Workday HCM in a functional/administrative role.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM configuration and business process maintenance.
• Experience with Workday reporting, creation, modification and troubleshooting of reports.
• Experience performing system testing and validation for Workday changes/releases.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and data quality in HCM environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support day‑to‑day administration and configuration of Workday HCM.
• Troubleshoot Workday HCM issues, business processes, data, reporting and security.
• Support system releases and enhancements with configuration updates, testing and documentation.
• Monitor HR data quality and drive root‑cause resolution with stakeholders.
• Support Workday reporting needs including data reconciliation and validation.
