Job summary

The HRIS Analyst at Fourteen Foods Career Center is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday HRIS. This role acts as a technical and functional SME, supporting HR operations through configuration, reporting, integrations, and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HRIS experience, with hands-on Workday administration.
• Demonstrated expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas such as Benefits, Compensation, and Talent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Workday.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking).
• Ensure system functionality aligns with business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, partner with Workday support.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Develop custom reports to support HR and leadership.
• Translate business needs into data insights and visualizations.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Manage Workday integrations with payroll, benefits vendors, and third-party applications.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot errors.
• Partner with IT and vendors on system updates, data flows, and related tools.
