Responsibilities

• Oversees AP team and monthly close process for Accounts Payable.
• Documents and improves Accounts Payable processes.
• Trains new Accounts Payable staff.
• Pays vendors and resolves discrepancies.
• Reconciles vendor statements and maintains vendor data.
• Manages AP data in ERP system and prepares journal entries.
