Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services in Cleveland, OH seeks an HRIS Analyst II to support Workday HCM day-to-day functions, including Benefits, Payroll, Attendance, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance, and Compensation, with a focus on data integrity and user support.

You will audit data flows, develop reports and dashboards, partner with stakeholders to define outcomes, assist with annual HR initiatives, maintain documentation, and deliver training to end users, while staying current on

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years experience as a Workday HRIS or HR Business Analyst.
• 1 year of experience configuring Workday modules preferred.
• Workday certifications (HCM, Security, Benefits, Time, Absence, Payroll, etc.) a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of PCs and common office applications software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and data problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and results driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS data integrity by auditing and analyzing current data flows and suggesting improvements.
• Develop and maintain simple to complex reports and provide support for existing reports; deliver metrics and trends via dashboards.
• Consult with stakeholders to identify desired outcomes and advise on best practices to achieve.
• Translate data into insights for leadership and clients to support decision making and improvement.
• Participate in Workday configuration and annual HR initiatives (Open Enrollment, performance reviews, compensation).
• Develop procedures to ensure business efficiency and data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date on system updates and fixes; test new features.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and queries for end users; maintain documentation and training materials.
