Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4+ years HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and analytics tools; ADP platforms preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL a plus.
• HR or people analytics certification preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from HRIS and other sources.
• Audit, clean, and reconcile HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce trends and identify insights for leadership.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, engagement, retention, and compensation analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and biz partners to deliver analytics solutions.
• Improve reporting processes and automate recurring tasks.
