Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3 years of HRIS experience.
- Experience with Workday HCM is preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday including testing and data validation.
- Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and settings.
- Troubleshoot HR technology issues and identify root causes.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
