Holmes Murphy in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead our Talent and Culture HR technology strategy and governance.
You will oversee Workday and related systems, drive analytics, and partner with Finance, IT and business leaders to align technology with organizational goals. The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/HR technology, 3+ years in team leadership, and a track record of delivering cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
- 5+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience including Workday.
- 3+ years leading HR technology teams or cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic administration and optimization of Workday and related systems.
- Present updates, risks and decisions to senior leadership.
- Develop a multi-year HR software roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Establish governance processes for system changes and security roles.
- Oversee dashboards and workforce analytics; translate data into insights.
- Coach and develop HR technology team members and manage vendors.
