Blue Origin is seeking a experienced Workday professional to provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance of our Workday system as part of a broader HR digital transformation. You will work across modules, implement new features, and ensure data integrity company-wide.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Workday with at least 3 years configuring modules, plus experience with calculations, Workday Extend, reporting, and Studio Integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday.
• Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
• Experience with the Workday Extend.
• Workday Report Writing experience.
• Studio Integrations experience.
• Experience working in agile environments and with ticket/case management systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday across multiple modules (Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Security, Integrations).
• Configure assigned HR events in Workday, deploy new modules, and design features for enhancements.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements and changes; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with process SMEs and product managers to evaluate requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Deliver solutions that improve the employee digital experience and HR system usability.
• Address data integrity issues, establish audits, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Support projects to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve targets with quality delivery.
