Blue Origin is seeking a Workday HRIS configuration specialist to join our Huntsville-based corporate team for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will support Workday across modules, configure business processes, and deploy new features to improve the employee experience.

With 5+ years in Workday, strong technical skills in integrations and Studio, and experience in agile delivery, you will thrive in a collaborative environment that values safety, inclusion, and high-quality HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday
• Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday
• Experience with the Workday Extend
• Workday Report Writing experience
• Studio Integrations experience
• Experience working in agile work environment and with ticket/case systems (e.g., JIRA)
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a high level of confidence
• Collaborator; can engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Support Workday across multiple modules
• Configure assigned HR events in Workday and deploy new modules
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to understand requirements
• Collaborate with SMEs and product managers on technical solutions
• Deliver solutions to improve employee digital experience and HR system usability
• Research and address data integrity issues; establish audit processes
• Support projects to streamline processes and ensure timely, high-quality implementations
