Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Workday Engineer to support our HR system across Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Workday Security, and Integrations.

Configure business processes, deploy modules, build reports, and safeguard data integrity as part of a 12-month fixed-term role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Development, Testing and Deployment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Workday experience including 3+ years configuring business processes, integrations and security.
Ability to hit the ground running on day 1 to support complex Workday changes.
Experience building calculated fields in Workday.
Experience with the Workday Extend.
Workday Report Writing experience using Studio.

Responsibilities

Support Workday across Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Workday Security, and Integrations.
Configure assigned HR events, deploy new modules, and design features for enhancements.
Design, test, and implement Workday improvements and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with SMEs and product managers to evaluate requirements and propose solutions.
Deliver technical solutions to improve employee digital experience and HR system usability.
Research and address data integrity issues and ensure accuracy.
Establish audit processes as needed.
Support projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
