Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Staff Workday Engineer to lead and optimize Workday initiatives across HCM, Talent, and Compensation. You will partner with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and guide offshore delivery teams through design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, strong reporting skills, and the ability to drive initiatives in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of Workday experience with design, configuration, and production support.
Hands-on Workday HCM and areas like Talent, Performance, or Adaptive Planning.
Strong Workday Reporting skills and security concepts.
Ability to translate HR requirements into technologi cal solutions.

Responsibilities

Translate HR and Talent strategy into scalable Workday solutions.
Lead Workday initiatives across Talent, Performance, Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Core HCM.
Serve as a senior Workday SME and trusted advisor to HR and IT stakeholders.
Drive design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and external partners to meet requirements.
