Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Workday specialist to support and configure our HR system across multiple modules, including Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits. This 12-month fixed-term role emphasizes delivering enhancements, integrations, and security configurations to improve the employee experience.

You will collaborate with agile teams, create and test business processes, and ensure data integrity while driving efficient HR digital transformations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday (business processes, integrations, security).
• Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
• Experience with the Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday across multiple modules (Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence Management, Workday Security, Integrations).
• Configure assigned HR events in Workday and deploy new modules and features.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday improvements and changes; troubleshoot issues.
