Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a strategic HR Manager of Technology & Analytics with expert Workday experience to drive system optimization and data integrity across the HR tech stack. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape the roadmap for scalable HR technology, and manage vendor relationships and cross‑functional projects.

Ideal candidates will have hands‑on Workday configuration, strong governance capabilities, and a proven record in process improvements, change management, and HR data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional HR experience with HRIS and Workday hands-on experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration in multiple modules.
• Experience partnering with HR COEs to deliver HR technology solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and Workday configurations.
• Strong emphasis on confidentiality.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading change management in HR projects.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and HR data governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR Technology & Analytics team.
• Guide roadmap for scalable HR technology and analytics solutions.
• Lead Workday configuration, integrations, and governance.
• Manage HR System maintenance: data integrity, security, process compliance, and design.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop training and development for team members.
• Ensure project management for implementations.
• Drive process improvements using technology.
