Holmes Murphy in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager to lead the Talent and Culture HR technology ecosystem, driving strategy, governance, and optimization of Workday and related systems.

You will lead a team of HR technology professionals, partnering with Finance, Enterprise Technology, and business leaders to enable efficient, compliant workforce processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience, including Workday.
• 3+ years leading HR technology teams or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of Workday and related systems.
• Develop a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance for system changes, security roles, configuration, and releases.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships.
• Provide analytics and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Coach and develop the HR technology team and ensure service excellence.
