Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a strategic HR Manager of Technology & Analytics with expert Workday experience to drive system optimization and data integrity across HR tech. This leader will guide a high‑performing team and shape the roadmap for scalable analytics solutions in a global automotive services organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily HR technology operations, vendor management, governance, and cross‑functional project leadership to improve processes and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HRIS experience, 5-8+ years in HRIS with 3+ years Workday in production
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Expert Workday configuration in HCM and at least two other Workday modules
• Experience partnering with HR COEs, IT, Security and Finance to deliver HR tech solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and Workday configuration
• 2+ years of people management and leading multiple initiatives
• Experience leading organizational change management with HR
• Workday reporting basics and HR data governance understanding

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR Technology & Analytics
• Guide strategy and roadmap for HR tech & analytics
• Manage implementation projects with strong project governance
• Liaise with internal and external vendors
• Identify training needs and develop team capability
• Ensure data integrity, security and compliance across systems
