Job summary
Atlas Search in New York is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Technical Lead to partner with HR leadership and own the Workday platform end to end.
You will shape the HR technology strategy, lead AI and automation initiatives, and manage integrations, releases, and reporting to drive an exceptional employee experience.
This is a high-visibility role on the Technology team, with ownership of security, data privacy, and partnership with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM configuration, security, and business processes.
- Strong technical skills in Workday integrations and reporting.
- Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive AI and automation initiatives while ensuring data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle Workday implementations from design to post-go-live.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM including security and structures.
- Build and maintain integrations via EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and web services.
- Manage biannual Workday releases, impact analysis, and rollout planning.
- Own HR technology roadmap and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Oversee implementation partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Identify opportunities to apply Workday AI and automation to HR ops while protecting data privacy.
