Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Technical Lead to help build, implement, and scale our HR technology environment. This role serves as the primary technical lead for Workday and collaborates with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will own integrations, data migration, testing, releases, and governance, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders through implementation and adoption.

• Strong Workday HRIS expertise with HCM experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Ability to translate HR needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Workday implementations and deployments.
• Partner with HR leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Own configuration across Workday HCM processes, security, org structures, compensation.
• Design and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, and Web Services.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop testing strategies across multiple testing phases.
• Manage Workday biannual releases and feature evaluations.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation partners and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to HR technology roadmap and governance.
• Ensure secure integration with enterprise systems.
• Build Workday reports and analytics, including Prism Analytics.
