LGI foundation seeks an HR Technology Lead to own our HR systems, currently Workday, with a hands-on role across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business partners. You will drive improvements, configure features, and manage vendors and consultants as needed to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems.
• Experience administering enterprise HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, integrations, or system configuration.
• Experience managing vendors or consultants.

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of HR Technology (Workday) and related HR systems.
• Set up, test, implement, and maintain system features across HR modules.
• Monitor system performance and resolve data and process concerns.
• Review features and updates to meet business needs.
