What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support projects involving major HR technology systems to align with organizational needs and strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions or processes
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for system improvements
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams for effective incident response, system maintenance, and upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems in areas such as Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
