What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support projects related to HR technology and systems aligned with the employer’s strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions or processes
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for system enhancements
- Translate HR business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination for incident response and system updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems, specifically in Recruiting, Compensation, BP workflows, and functional reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience in enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
- Familiarity with secure design practices in software development
