What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems to meet organizational needs
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for system improvements

- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams for incident response and system maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of Workday HR systems in Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
- Familiarity with secure design practices in software development
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and automation
