What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support projects involving major people technology and HR systems tailored to the employer's needs and strategies
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions and processes
- Contribute to architectural decisions and suggest system improvements
- Translate HR People Team business needs into technical requirements and software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and incident response
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR/People systems, preferably Workday
- Strong knowledge of Workday HR systems in areas such as Recruiting, Compensation, BP Workflows, and functional Reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Experience with enterprise-level documentation authoring and design
