Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, KS is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain the Workday HRIS across modules. You’ll gather requirements, configure modules, and produce reports while ensuring data integrity and user support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of Workday experience, with strong communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday modules including Learning and Onboarding.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing configuration, maintenance, and support for Workday modules.
• Gather requirements from leadership and HR process owners to optimize functionality and maintain documentation.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
• Prepare ad hoc and custom Workday reporting.
• Provide day-to-day teammate support and create training materials and user guides.
