Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Workday HCM Administrator - Benefits to design, implement and administer HR technology, primarily Workday, to support organizational objectives. The role partners with HR Centers of Excellence and leaders to develop reports, configurations and integrations, train end-users, and troubleshoot data issues while maintaining data integrity across HR systems.

This full-time position requires a degree in HR/IS and several years of HRIS/reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent/Performance Management.
• 2+ years of report writing experience with enterprise reporting tools for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft reporting tools, SQL).
• Experience with configuring benefits, payroll, compensation, time off, reporting and security.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology and process solutions.
• Prior Workday experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and execute reports in Workday and other HR systems; provide data analysis and recommendations for monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Create custom/ad-hoc reports in Workday and other HR Systems to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to educate system end-users and resolve reporting issues.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve production issues; identify trends and root causes to drive business decisions.
• Complete new configurations to tenant setup; maintain and develop Workday integrations.
• Perform batch uploads and data extractions including transformations and calculated fields.
• Manage Workday major release impacts on configurations and integrations; identify risks and enhancements.
• Assist in troubleshooting mass data loads in Workday (EIBs).
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity; streamline processes.
