WellSky in Overland Park, KS is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain the Workday HRIS across modules. You’ll gather requirements, configure modules, and produce reports while ensuring data integrity and user support.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2–4 years of Workday experience, with strong communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a dynamic healthcare technology environment.

The scope of this job includes working across multiple modules to support the design, configuration, and administration of WellSky’s teammate-centric HR systems and applications.
