Job summary

Kansas Health System is seeking a Workday HCM Administrator – Benefits to design, implement and administer HR technology, primarily Workday, to support our HR strategy. You will partner with HR leaders to develop and manage reports and processes across HR systems.

The role emphasizes reporting, data integrity and system enhancements to drive informed business decisions. Prior Workday experience is preferred, with strong data analytics and training abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, CS or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent/Performance Management.
• 2+ years of report writing with ERP reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and SQL.
• Experience configuring benefits, payroll, compensation, time off, reporting and security.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and execute reports in Workday and other HR systems.
• Create ad-hoc reports by combining data from multiple sources.
• Provide training to system end-users and resolve reporting issues.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-standing solutions.
• Complete new tenant configurations and maintain Workday integrations.
• Perform batch data uploads and transformations.
• Manage Workday major release impacts on configurations and integrations.
• Assist in troubleshooting mass data loads (EIBs).
• Conduct regular data integrity audits.
