HP Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Workday Analyst to support HP's Core HCM. The role focuses on configuring Workday, solving HR technology challenges, and partnering with multiple teams to drive HR solutions. You will work across departments and influence how HR data is managed and utilized.

The position requires expertise in Workday configuration, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for HR technology. The job is based in Houston, TX or Guadalajara, MX, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday Core HCM configuration and HR functional areas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex business and technical topics to wide audiences.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR or related field.
• 2-6 years’ experience in HR or technical area.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of Workday to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business users to define problems and align solutions.
• Develop and manage business/technical requirements and detailed design.
• Understand system architectures and development methodologies.
• Identify dependencies across HR data-related systems.
• Create implementation plans and update project plans with other analysts.
• Provide support for system issues with IT as needed.
• Assist with/documentation like user guides and training materials.
