Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a seasoned Workday HCM specialist to act as a subject-matter expert, configuring and supporting core HR processes, benefits, absences, and related modules. You will partner with HR and technology teams to optimize end-to-end processes and drive system improvements.

You will design workflows, troubleshoot issues, support releases, and provide training and documentation to HR colleagues. A strong data mindset and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HR process improvement.
• Strong Workday HCM configuration, business process design, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Workday HCM; configure, test, and support HR process enhancements and integrations.
• Assist with configuring, testing, validating, and maintaining Workday business processes and system functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams to resolve problems.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing activities, and implementations.
• Assist with user security, data audits, and system access management.
• Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement standardized, scalable HR processes aligned with best practices.
