Responsibilities

• Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance to align with business needs.
• Work with users to define problems and propose technical solutions.
• Capture and document requirements; provide design and business rules.
• Understand system architectures and development methodologies.
• Create implementation plans and update project plans with other analysts.
• Support system issues with IT; troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Assist with user guides, training materials, and release notes.
