Job summary

HP is seeking an HR Systems Workday Analyst to support Core HCM configuration and HR process enablement. The role spans Workday configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and collaboration with multiple departments to deliver HR technology solutions.

You will work with business users to analyze problems, define the best configuration approach, and ensure solutions align with HP’s HR strategy. This on-site role is based in Houston or Guadalajara, with opportunities to drive innovative HR

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and HR functional areas.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday and other HR systems configuration.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to define problems and solutions.
• Gather, document, test and manage requirements; support change control.
• Understand system architectures and software development methodologies.
• Identify dependencies affecting HR data across systems.
• Create and update implementation plans in collaboration with other analysts.
• Troubleshoot issues with IT and resolve problems.
• Produce user guides, training materials and release notes.
