Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Admin, or related field; 5 years ERP/Workday experience preferred.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• SQL, XML, or other programming languages a plus.

Job Overview

The Workday Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, supports HR processes, and meets organizational needs. The administrator collaborates with HR, IT, and other departments to provide technical support and drive system enhancements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred 5 years of experience in with Workday or other ERP systems
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration or other ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, or other programming languages is a plus.

Compensation

$93,100.80 - $116,376.00 annually

The range is subject to change.
