AltaMed is seeking a Workday Systems Administrator to manage the Workday HCM system, ensuring reliability, configuration accuracy, and ongoing improvements. You will partner with HR, IT, and other departments to support HR processes and system needs.

The role requires expertise in Workday HCM configuration, system integrations, and data migration, with strong HR process knowledge. On-site presence in California is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years' experience with Workday or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration.
• Strong HR processes and data management knowledge.
• Experience with integrations and data migration; SQL/XML a plus.

Job Overview

The Workday Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system. This role ensures the system operates efficiently, supports HR processes, and meets organizational needs. The administrator collaborates with HR, IT, and other departments to provide technical support and drive system enhancements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
• 5 years of experience in with Workday or other ERP systems
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration or other ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, or other programming languages is a plus.

Compensation

$93,100.80 - $116,376.00 annually
