You will lead structured training to upskill colleagues, create reference materials, and ensure data privacy and governance while partnering with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday reporting with advanced reports, fields and dashboards.
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring on Workday reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday data objects, sources, and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, validate, and schedule advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards.
• Develop calculated fields, data sources, and multi-dimensional reporting structures.
• Lead structured training and enablement for upskilling colleagues in reporting.
• Provide hands-on coaching and practical walkthroughs to build self-sufficiency.
• Create comprehensive process documentation and report inventories.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation and audit testing to ensure accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Ensure reporting adheres to data privacy regulations and Workday security protocols.
