Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting Workday HR reporting and core HCM.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive with data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support existing system reports to ensure ongoing accuracy, reliability, and usability.
  • Create ad-hoc reports to support business needs.
  • Maintain and update the system organizational structure.
  • Perform functional testing in Workday Preview for releases.
  • Prepare and submit annual HR government regulatory reports.
  • Diagnose report- or data-related issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Develop audits to ensure data quality and system integrity.
  • Update HR Quick Reference Cards to reflect Workday changes.
  • Triage the Workday team’s internal ticket log and document tickets.
  • Support year-end HR activities, including compensation and performance reviews.
  • Handle sensitive data with care and regulatory compliance.
