Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking an HRIS Specialist (Workday) in NYC to lead Workday administration, reporting, and data governance. You will ensure data integrity for People & Culture, Finance, and leadership while guiding stakeholders on process evolution.

You will partner with internal teams to optimize processes, manage security, and deliver audit-ready data and reports. A strong Workday background and familiarity with EIB/Workday Studio are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience spanning administration/configuration and reporting.
• Experience delivering high-stakes reporting for People & Culture and internal/external audits.
• Experience with confidential employee data across the HR lifecycle.
• Workday implementation or major module rollout is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workday configuration across Core HCM and related modules (onboarding, offboarding, security roles, user access, org structures).
• Handle HRIS requests and troubleshoot issues; run mass data loads and data flows with external systems.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards; deliver headcount, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.
