Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience.
• Experience with Advanced/Matrix/Composite/Trending Reports in Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields, Prompts, and As-of Dating.
• Experience developing Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards and Worksheets.
• Deep understanding of Workday Reporting Security, sharing, ownership, scheduling and distribution.
• Experience reviewing and consolidating reports and avoiding duplicates.
• Strong HR domain knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Core HR and Workforce Reporting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with HR stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and reporting on headcount, tenure and attrition.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Workday reporting landscape, consolidating and de-duplicating existing reports.
• Develop and maintain workday dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Ensure report security, access controls, ownership, and scheduled distributions.
• Provide governance and documentation for reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience.
• Strong expertise in Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Trending Reports.
• Extensive experience with Calculated Fields, Prompts, and As-of Dating.
• Experience developing and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
• Strong understanding of Workday Reporting Security, report sharing, ownership, scheduling, and distribution.
• Experience reviewing, optimizing, and consolidating existing reports rather than creating duplicate reports.
• Strong HR functional knowledge, particularly in:
• Compensation and Benefits
• Talent Management
• Core HR and Workforce Reporting
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with HR stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of headcount, tenure, and attrition reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Reporting Certification.
• Power BI exposure or experience.
• Experience with reporting governance, documentation, and standardization.
• Experience handling sensitive HR data and access controls.
• Independently manage reporting requests and priorities.
• Identify existing reports before developing new ones.
• Optimize and consolidate reports in a large reporting environment.
