Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking an advanced Workday reporting and analytics analyst who partners with HR to deliver lifecycle reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning and executive decision-making.

You will own end-to-end reporting, collaborate with HR, ITS, and Finance, and translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions using Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Experience supporting HR functions (Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, or Workforce Planning).
• Ability to translate complex reporting requirements into actionable insights.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain advanced Workday reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard reports for workforce insights.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Partner with HR, ITS, Finance, and stakeholders to translate questions into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and performance across Workday reporting environments.
